Tampa Office

The office is located on the corner of Himes and W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. next to Panera Bread. The Buccaneer stadium is across the street.

For injuries needing emergency care, please call ahead at (813) 879-2663. Our team will assess your child’s symptoms over the phone and advise when to come into our office. We ask that only one parent or guardian accompany the child for the appointment. When you arrive at our office, please call or e-mail (help@chortho.com) to let us know you have arrived. All paperwork must be completed prior to coming in. We ask that you e-mail your driver’s license and copy of your insurance card to help@chortho.com. 

Thank you to your wonderful staff for getting my daughter fitted with a cast at 5pm on a Friday. I called at 1pm for an appt and was worked in that same day much to my surprise. Henry asked my four year old daughter three times what color she wanted her cast to be and she kept replying “rainbow!”. So Henry gave her a rainbow cast! Pink, blue, and purple stripes. All her friends at school loved it and her big sister was jealous as well. Thanks Henry, Dr. Warnick, and staff!
