Our office is closed during most major holidays.
For injuries needing emergency care, please call ahead at (727) 898-2663. Our team will assess your child’s symptoms over the phone and advise when to come into our office. All paperwork must be completed prior to coming in. We ask that you e-mail your driver’s license and copy of your insurance card to help@chortho.com.
This was the best experience my 2 year old son had at the doctor. He loved all the people taking care of him and he was very thankful. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
